I Thought I Knew, but Now I Know

I’ve often wondered how some of the amazing things people do like tri-triathlons, surviving an avalanche, lifting helicopters off people, winning 11 gold medals, being cured from cancer, eat vegetables, sleep 8 hours, stay under water for 8 minutes, lose weight, always winning the game…how do they do that?….I could go on and on right?

Well…I figured out the answer…..THE BODY ALL READY KNOWS HOW TO DO ALL OF THAT, PLUS SOME!!!!!

The only thing our conscious & unconscious minds are responsible for, is doing our best, every day to keep the body from replacing the things it knows how to do, from things it wasn’t built to do like….losing 116 pounds in 2 years, curing itself from cancer, digesting synthetics, losing 84 lbs in 14 months, recovering from gastric by- pass or plastic surgery. All these things are things the body should never really have to do because if you lived a healthy lifestyle AT LEAST 80% of the time…that means moving better, eating better, thinking better, you wouldn’t have had to lose 84 lbs in 14 months in the first place. EVEN though the body knows how to do that.

Think about that.

Make it a great rest of the week and thank you everyone for all the support! Keep your eyes and ears open for NDBootCamp, The Movement Dallas and a few other locals getting involved!
